    A: Because we couldn't find a good and suitable CD player for use. Each CD player we saw failed us. So we decided to create our own. And we've done it !

4. Q: I purchased CoolCD and received registration number but I can't register it! What's wrong?
    A: First, be sure you are using the latest version of CoolCD Studio. Secondly, enter your registration code using Windows clipboard (Ctrl+Ins, Shift+Ins) as single line and be sure that there's not trailing space in it. You don't have to restart computer but you have to restart the program after entering this registration number.

5. Q: I'm trying to use Graphical Equalizer in VSS during listening to CD Audio but I can't hear changes. What's wrong ?
    A: You need to turn on Live Input Mode.

6. Q: How can I access audio tracks with numbers greater than 20 in Fast Track Access ?
    A: Hold down Shift key, enter track number (with keyboard or mouse) and then release Shift.
